What are your business hours?

Our practice hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Appointments can be made by telephoning our practice at (513) 475-8690.

What days are you in office?

Monday mornings- 7:50am – 10:50am at West Chester Office
Monday afternoons- 12:50pm – 3:50pm at Montgomery Office
Tuesday afternoons- 12:50pm – 4:20pm at West Chester Office
Thursday afternoons- 12:50pm – 3:50pm at White Oak Office
Friday mornings- 7:50am – 10:50am at West Chester Office
Friday afternoons- 12:50pm – 3:50pm at West Chester Office

Where do you operate?

We operate on Tuesday mornings, Wednesdays, and Thursday mornings at West Chester Hospital.

What should I bring with me when I come for an appointment?

When you come for your appointment remember to bring the following:

Insurance information
Driver’s License
Reports from previous operations or imaging studies
Imaging studies such as X-rays, MRI, CT scans, etc. Please bring the disc with your images. You can contact the imaging location for a copy if you don’t already have one.
